As a Christ-follower and yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience, my goal is to help spiritual seekers deepen their relationship with the Divine. We will explore contemplative practices like yoga, meditation, prayer, chakras, and energy healing. Join me as we discuss these topics through a Christian perspective, look to scripture for a Biblical viewpoint, and unpack the fears that many Christians feel in regards to unfamiliar spiritual practices.

After much research around spiritual growth practices, I found that many Christians are fearful and confused. In these blogs, we will explore the spiritual safety of utilizing ancient healing modalities, such as yoga and energy healing, for Christians. We will emphasize the importance of inviting Christ into our practices and relying on The Trinity as our healer.
