You will also have the option to join us for our weekly 45 minute LIVE digging deeper discussion.

We understand that life happens! That is why you will have LIFETIME access to your course and LIVE discussions will be recorded and uploaded for you to access at your convenience.

This is considered a “hybrid” training meaning it includes a mixture of pre-recorded lectures as well as LIVE Q & A and discussions.

For 8 weeks, you will get access to a new bundle of content including pre- recorded lectures and downloadable PDFs and notes.

Work at your own pace! Each lecture is conveniently divided into bite-sized segments, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule.

In addition to pre-recorded lectures, students will have the option to join us LIVE for our weekly digging deeper discussions.

When I first began practicing yoga, I was thrilled to find this gift and wanted to share this spiritual practice with others, but wondered how to navigate tricky questions and address the controversy surrounding “woo-woo” topics like energy, chakras, and yoga for Christians.
