For graduates of a 200-hour yoga teacher training
Become a Master Yoga Instructor & Sought-After Space Holder
Completing your 200-hour yoga teacher training is like learning how to swim. You learn the basic strokes, the principles of water safety, and get just enough practice to splash around safely in the shallow end. For some folks, this is enough! They learned a new skill, expanded their comfort zone, and know just enough to get by if they ever find themselves in a body of water.
But for you, that 200-hour experience was not nearly enough. You caught a glimpse of how vast the ocean is and longed for the skills, experiences, and ability to venture into deep waters. You’re not a shallow-end kind of person, but sensed Love’s whisper calling you deeper from day one of training.
We see you. We know you. We’re those kind of people, too. And so we’ve developed a 300-hour yoga teacher training that goes deep into the heart of yoga and the heart of God.
This advanced training is unlike any other. It’s a 10-month journey of discipleship, spiritual formation, and high-level yoga training. When you graduate, you’ll not only be a Master Yoga Instructor but a sought-after space holder for others longing to encounter Jesus intimately.
Core Components
To facilitate this deep learning, we’ve shaped our training around three core components

Group Training Sessions
Happen one weekend a month on Zoom and will feature live lectures, discussion and practices. These sessions will be the main vehicle for our signature core curriculum.

Small Group
Meetings
Take place once a month and will focus on practice teaching, giving you immediate opportunities to implement your learning and get feedback.

Spiritual Direction Sessions
Are offered individually and in a small group setting throughout this training so you can process in real-time how God is shaping you through your learning.
Woven throughout training are thoughtful self-study lectures and a rich reading list that will anchor your soul and guide our discussions.
“We are not physical beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a physical experience.”
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

Your confidence and skill set will soar as a teacher after these sessions.

Yoga as a state of being
The art of Embodying & Abiding

This pillar invites you to step into freedom of being yourself, deeply loved and uniquely called.

Contemplative prayer practices will guide you notice the interior movements of God within your own soul and how to hold space for others to do the same.
Our signature study on biblical leadership, identity, and calling will help you understand your story, name your gifts, and walk more fully in Christ’s healing.

Yoga as a way of life
The art of Taking Up Your Mat
So, what do you do with all this newfound information and transformation? Glad you asked!
This pillar of our curriculum is designed help you to discern your calling and equip you to serve so that you can become the hands and feet of Jesus!
Highly practical and immediately attainable, these sessions will focus on Biblical leadership principles, fail-proof business practices and strategies to create and launch your yoga offerings. Together, we will learn how to create and market a thriving business around your teaching.
You’ll craft a Rule of Life, develop a unique offering to serve those you’re called to bless, and explore Ayurvedic rhythms that support a grace-filled life with Jesus.
Soul Care is at the heart of our training
Our souls crave witnesses to our transformation, which is why Small Groups are the foundation of our training. Each month, you’ll meet in a Small Group with fellow trainees and one of our leaders to practice teaching and receive real-time feedback and support. We’ll also have group Spiritual Direction sessions – an intimate, judgment-free, and sacred space designed to help you process your learning and be fully seen, just as you are.

Our program is registered through Yoga Alliance – the leading non-profit organization providing globally-recognized credentials that stand as markers of high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable yoga teaching and unifies members around a shared Ethical Commitment. Upon graduation, you will be eligible to register as an RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, combining your RYT-200 and RYT-300 certifications.
Training Schedule
What sets our training apart from other online teacher trainings (among many things) is our emphasis on personalized contact with teachers and live instruction. Unlike most programs that leave you to navigate pre-recorded videos on your own, much of our training is LIVE, offering you continuous support, direct interaction, and real-time guidance every step of the way.
Trainee participation during these sessions is highly encouraged. To get the most out of this experience, you will be allowed to miss up to 10 live sessions and cannot miss two live weekends in a row. Recordings will be made available for the sessions you need to miss. Exceptions will be granted to trainees outside of North America (just reach out!).
You will meet monthly with a pre-assigned Small Group, once for practice teaching and once for group spiritual direction. You will be able to select a Small Group time that works best for your schedule. Full attendance and participation in your Small Group meetings is required.

A 15-hour exploration of what the Bible teaches about God With Us (and how that changes everything) – a $449 value!
Included in our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program, this signature course teaches the basis for Biblical embodiment.
We know the story of Jesus – God in the flesh, walking among us, teaching us about who God is and what relationship with Love itself looks like. But long before Jesus, God was reaching out to humanity, making a way for us to draw near and be with him.
And God With Us didn’t come to an end when Jesus stopped waking this earth. In fact, the Greek word used by the Apostle Paul to describe us Jesus-followers today is translated temple but it means so much more than that. Paul was referring to the holy of holies, the place in the ancient temple where God’s Spirit dwelt.
There is so much wisdom in the blueprint of the Tabernacle that we will draw from to teach us how to embrace our humanity and draw near to God who is always with us.
If you haven’t taken our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, completing this course before taking our 300 Hour program is required.
