Hi, I’m Kelly McLellan!
I help people to cultivate a more connected, Spirit-filled life through practices like Christ-centered yoga, meditation, and prayer.
When I first began teaching yoga, I was thrilled to share the practice with others, but found myself navigating the controversy surrounding Christians practicing yoga. I wanted to honor the roots of yoga and also have a thoughtful (and Biblical) response to the question, “Can Christians practice yoga?”
I created Getting Still to be the resource I wished that I had! Here, I’ve combined my years of study and experience as a student of holistic health, a yoga teacher, and a follower of Christ to help you to practice yoga and meditation from a Christian perspective.
My mission is to help people deepen their connection with themselves and with God in order to live a rich and abundant, Spirit-filled life. If this sounds like how you wanna feel… Join me!
“Kelly has a gift for searching out the fingerprint of God in all of creation, both seen and unseen. Her passion for the Bible, yoga philosophy and practice, and wellness body+mind+spirit is contagious and no matter how esoteric of heady the topic is, Kelly breaks it down in a way that’s approachable.”

True Stories

-Janette
“I thought yoga was about getting your body into crazy twists and inversions, with some meditation thrown in at the end. Yoga with Kelly really changed the way that I view my practice. Off the mat, my meditation practice also helped me to focus on my tasks and not let things around me be as much of a distraction.”
-Veronica
“I sometimes feel uncomfortable talking about anything that might be “woo woo” leaning…. Kelly’s teaching really invited the Holy Spirit in to guide us through these studies and gave me so much clarity for practicing (and teaching) yoga. It has really helped tie everything together. I felt absolutely safe in our group.”
-Niki
“Meditation gives me practice meeting and listening to God in stillness so that I can more easily recognize Him through noise. Yoga helped me make peace with the body that God gave me. I am more grateful, joyful, and careful with my body as a result of learning how to practice yoga with Kelly.”
