Yogalates combines the strength, flexibility and balance postures of a yoga practice with the core strengthening exercises of Pilates for a well-rounded class that will leave you feeling toned and relaxed.
Bhakti Flow Yoga 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM Getting Still Yoga Studio
Bhakti Flow Yoga is a full-body, worshipful, experience; focused on adoration and devotion to God using the breath to link one posture to the next. The Bhakti Flow practice will build strength, endurance, and flexibility while awakening and revitalizing the mind, body, and spirit. Class is limited to 6 students.

InnerLight YogaFaith 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM Getting Still Yoga Studio
InnerLight Yoga is a full-body, worshipful, YogaFaith experience. In each class, we will incorporate meditation on Scripture with breath and movement- flexing, stretching, and strengthening our physical and spiritual bodies. Yoga practices will be gentle, appropriate for all levels and will include movement, breathing, relaxation, meditation and prayer. Class is limited to 6 students.

Yoga, Service, and Missions

Do you love yoga and have a heart for service and missions? Join us in Haiti this spring for our first Yoga Service and Mission Trip. We be traveling with Mission of Hope on the TRUE NORTH ship from Port au Prince to Mole St. Nicholas to serve Northwest Haiti Christian Mission and orphanage. You will enjoy yoga devotions in the mornings and evenings and serve the community in various ways such as assisting with medical clinics, playing with the kids in the community, holding orphans at the orphanage, and teaching about Jesus.

Getting still is the practice of setting aside every distraction with the intention of drawing near to the presence of God. Kelly McLellan is passionate about helping us to enter the deep and Holy place within, encouraging us to cultivate eyes that see and ears that hear. Yoga, meditation beads and her musings are the offerings she shares to help us enter our own inner sanctuaries and awaken to the Divine dwelling within.
